At Forom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece isn't the right fit for your space, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your furniture or decor in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for larger items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
