Standard delivery for in-stock items takes 5-10 business days. For custom or handcrafted pieces, lead times can range from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the artisan's schedule.
Do you offer White Glove delivery services?
Yes, we offer White Glove delivery for an additional fee. This includes bringing the item into your room of choice, professional assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.
What is your return policy for home decor and furniture?
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-returnable.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is a core value at Forom. We partner with manufacturers who use FSC-certified timber and eco-friendly finishes to ensure minimal environmental impact.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your Forom account to view real-time updates on your shipment's progress.
Do you provide fabric and material swatches?
To help you make the best choice for your space, we offer complimentary swatches for most of our upholstery collections. You can request up to five swatches through our 'Request a Swatch' page.
